Subscription Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting our support team at support@vitaoni.com.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
There are no cancellation fees.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the subscription plan selected at checkout.
